Company Introduction:
Shanghai BIOKO Company was formally registered in July, 2003, which is located in Jin Shan Zui industrial zone in Shanghai, with a cover land of 32000 m2. We invested ¥ 60, 000, 000 RMB in developing, manufacturing and marketing auto parts (engine components, inner decorations). The construction of new company was completed in 2006. And the production lines were put into use in June, 2006. Shanghai Bioko got ISO/TS16949 International Automotive Management certificate on 2007.
HongKong Bioko Holding Group Co., Ltd was founded on Sep. 2008. It will offer BIOKO more developing opportunities. To memorize our founder Mr. Jiang Fengguang, our Logo "BIOKO" was changed as "FGBIOKO" on June, 2013.
Due to business development reason, the board of Shanghai Bioko decided to establish Shanghai FGBIOKO Automobile Technology Co., Ltd on March 1st, 2016. Both our existing local engine part business and further local engine part business will be transferred to Shanghai FGBIOKO.
